The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.
SASSA might be rendering solutions which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency claimed it is actually alarmed in regards to the substantial number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] sassa status is to reach-out into a high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The provider level created for intervention ordeals a significant influx of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it hard for your Workplace to attend to all people who check out a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more means to permit the servicing of all customers and increase entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
